Our euroPlus frequent flyer programme allows our customers to collect both Pluspoints and Tier Miles every time they fly onboard a flyeuro service or with one of our alliance and codeshare partners! Our members can also collect points when they shop online or use the flyeuro American Express(R) card!

Tier Miles allow our members to unlock status that lets them to take advantage of additional luggage allowances, airport lounge access, and priority service as a way of saying thanks for being a part of the flyeuro journey! Our customers can collect and spend euroPlus points with all of our Alliance and codeshare partner airlines, as well as accessing lounges around the world!

We operate two flagship lounges at our home of London Heathrow airport:
Global Business eurolounge: Accessible to all customers flying in our Business class cabins on long-haul flights as well as our euroPlus Platinum, Gold & Silver frequent flyers (and equivalent Alliance Tiers).

eurobusiness eurolounge: Accessible to all customers flying in our short haul and regional business class cabins alongside our euroPlus Platinum, Gold and Silver frequent flyers (and equivalent Alliance Tiers).

— CHECK-IN —

We understand that flying can be a stressful experience for many, so in order to ease the pressure at the airport we have some handy information to assist with any on-the-day nerves! We offer dedicated check-in counters for our premium travel classes and frequent flyers as well as plenty of Bag Drop counters for our equally important economy and euroPlus Purple and Green customers.

Business (+ euroPlus Platinum, Gold & Silver) - dedicated premium check-in zone at LHR and dedicated desks at other airports
Economy (+ euroPlus Purple & Green) - check-in online then proceed to airport bag drop, which opens 3.5 hours prior to departure.

Our economy customers should check-in online before arriving at the airport, customers who haven’t done so will be subject to a £25pp airport check-in fee - exclusions apply.

Check-in closure times:
Online check-in opens 24 hours prior to departure and will close 1 hour prior to the scheduled time of departure.

flyeuro - Airport Bag Drop and Check-in closes 00:45mins prior to scheduled time of departure - customers who haven't checked in online can check-in at the airport up to bag closure time for a fee.

Be advised that our bag drop counters will not remain open if there is a delay to your service and you must still arrive at the airport on time for your flight, failure to do so will result in refusal of carriage.

Please ensure that you are aware of, and in compliance, with local security regulations at your departure airport, you can find out what not to pack in your bags and bring on board on our website at flyeuro.co.uk/dangerous-goods, also be sure to check our passenger bulletins for important updates!

Lithium battery powered devices must not be checked into the aircraft hold, please carry these with you onboard the aircraft. Smart bags (powered by lithium batteries), e-bikes, and e-scooters are not permitted onboard any flyeuro aircraft, carriage of these items will be denied at your expense.

flyeuro does not carry dangerous goods anywhere on board our aircraft. Please contact us to arrange specialist carriage of IATA classified dangerous goods with a partner airline.

flyeuro does not currently offer cargo onboard our aircraft, although our dedicated cargo team can assist in arranging carriage with a partner airline.
